Travel Occupational Therapist

Job Overview

Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. The start date is 06/08/2026. This full‑time role requires 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour shift and is a travel position.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient's capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT examination.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist/OT or be in the process of applying for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
