Job Summary

We’re hiring part‑time Home Health Aides (26–32 hours/week) to provide one‑on‑one care to patients in their homes across several Massachusetts regions. You’ll build meaningful relationships, help patients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Follow a personalized care plan and collaborate with nurses and therapists.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Experience in patient care or healthcare (preferred).
• New HHA/CNA graduates encouraged to apply.
• Massachusetts Home Care Aide Certification (preferred).
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Remote type:
Hybrid work location; pay range: $20.58 - $25.28 per hour. Eligible for a generous sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
