Job Summary
We’re hiring part‑time Home Health Aides (26–32 hours/week) to provide one‑on‑one care to patients in their homes across several Massachusetts regions. You’ll build meaningful relationships, help patients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support mobility and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Follow a personalized care plan and collaborate with nurses and therapists.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Experience in patient care or healthcare (preferred).
- New HHA/CNA graduates encouraged to apply.
- Massachusetts Home Care Aide Certification (preferred).
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Hybrid work location; pay range: $20.58 - $25.28 per hour. Eligible for a generous sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
