• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in elementary school environments favored
• Familiarity with IEP development, student progress documentation, and collaborative practice
• Ability to manage and prioritize a full-time caseload of 25-30 students
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting students educational and developmental growth

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to children in elementary grades
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development and implementation of individualized education plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress throughout the school year
• Offer consultation, coaching, and support to classroom teachers as needed
