Qualifications- Minimum of 2+ years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Required - Previous travel experience
- Preferred - Preferred experience in a small critical access facility
- Experience with Springfield Hospital IPCU
- Preferred
- Comprehensive Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to the position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications (Must be uploaded with the profile)
- Current Nursys
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) - Required
- Vermont (VT) State License
- Required
