Patient Care Technician
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Wednesday 11:30am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6:30pm.
Position SummaryTransports and assists patients to various departments and areas of the hospital. Transports supplies, specimens, equipment and other items as required. Receives, sorts, assembles Linen exchange carts and distributes linen. Required to assemble, disassemble, clean, disinfect and maintain equipment. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate with others. Able to stand for long periods of time, walk at least 10 miles per shift and able to push/pull over 74 pounds.
CPR & AED certification preferred. Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
High School diploma or equivalent. Good customer service skills. Certification in CPR/AED is preferred.
