SummaryOptimize provider financial flow from patient registration to final payment by analyzing and improving coding, billing, claims collections, and workflows to boost revenue and efficiency. The role involves staff training, system implementation, compliance, and strong analytical skills.
Primary ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in finance, healthcare administration, or related field. Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, coding, or finance operations with an AAPC credential (CIC® or COC®) or AHIMA credential (CCS, RHIT or RHIA) is required. Additional certifications such as CPMA®, CDEI®, CDEO®, CCDS, or CRCS® are a bonus.
Experience- Minimum five (5) years of revenue cycle management, health care consulting, and/or industry experience required with professional fee claims.

- Experience with Cerner Power Chart, EPIC, Meditech, and other EMR systems preferred.
- Above‑average knowledge of Healthcare Compliance, HIPAA and HITECH requirements.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions such as Electronic Medical Record or Patient Financial Services systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Ability to write business reports or other professional deliverables.
- Excellent customer service skills, in‑person and telephonically.
- Strong written communication and report presentation.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office® (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Successfully participate in multiple rapidly changing projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands.
- Think strategically, solve problems, and propose solutions.
- Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Achieve high‑performance goals in a fast‑paced environment.
Job performance evaluations will require compliance with PERCS Compliance Program.
Equipment OperatedStandard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, postal machines, etc. Expert level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe publishing.
