We're hiring California-licensed mental health therapists n our fully remote team, earning a $70-75k base salary while conducting an expected average of 17-20 weekly sessions (with a caseload of 20 clients), plus sign‑on bonus, potential to earn up to $8k more annually. • Work a base schedule of 30 hours a week, including:
  • 20 hours dedicated to therapy sessions. Typically, therapists are expected to conduct an average of 17-20 sessions per week. Assigned a caseload of up to 20 clients.
  • 10 hours dedicated to individual and group consultations, clinical notes & documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence‑based practices to children ages 8‑17 and young adults over 18 years.
• Participate in weekly 1‑on‑1 case consultations, weekly team consultations, peer‑only huddles, and ongoing professional development programming.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and other members of their family, as needed.

  Mon‑Thu 3:30pm‑8:30pm PST | Fri 3:30pm‑7pm PST.
• You may utilize Saturdays for clinical sessions if preferred (9am‑1pm PST).

• Continue practicing as a senior therapist on the team.
• Assume clinical leadership roles such as supervisor or head of a clinical specialization.

• Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post‑graduate experience providing psychotherapy.
• Active unrestricted license in California
  : LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.
• Independent work style with strong interest in collaboration and learning.
• Clinical experience working with young people and their families.
• Knowledge of or training in evidence‑based mental health treatments.
• Comfortable with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools.
• Must not have opted out of Medicare.

• W2 employee with a minimum guaranteed salary and total compensation between $72,000 and $85,000 a year.
• Base salary of $70,000‑$75,000 annually (30 hours/week, 17‑20 clinical sessions).
