The State of Vermont is seeking a Residential Counselor at a new state-of-the-art Secure Residential Facility in Essex. This role is pivotal for the treatment of adults with severe mental illness, providing care, support, and education to residents.
Successful candidates will engage in various duties, ranging from facilitating activities to observing resident behavior. A minimum of six months of relevant experience or enrollment in a related degree program is required, along with an active Driver’s License.
