As a DSP, you'll work one-on-one with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities supporting them in building independence, pursuing their goals, and participating in their communities.
What You'll Do:- Provide support and guidance to individuals in employment and community settings.

- Foster meaningful social roles, relationships, and independence.
- Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.
