We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Rehab DOR to lead our rehabilitation team at the St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation in St. Johnsbury, VT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensuring high‑quality care and patient outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Recruit, train, and supervise rehabilitation staff to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and manage rehabilitation budgets and resources
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation metrics to ensure quality improvement
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees

• OT, PT, PTA or PT license Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
