Location: St Johnsbury
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Saint Johnsbury, VT. The successful candidate will provide in-home therapy services to maximize the independence and safety of home care and hospice patients. This role requires working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for in-home visits.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in a home care or hospice setting preferred.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with community-based evaluations, home safety assessments, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday. Up to 40 hours per week providing in-home therapy services.

Provide essential in-home occupational therapy that helps patients with injuries, illness, or functional decline regain daily skills and maintain safety. Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, perform home safety and fall risk assessments, and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications.
