Overview
Medical Laboratory Scientist in Vermont. Performs diagnostic testing in all laboratory sections, ensuring accurate and timely results.
Responsibilities- Specimen processing and preparation.
- Instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Quality control and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Performing phlebotomy and training new staff.
- Assisting with method validation and supporting quality initiatives.
- Collaborating with team members and independently managing changing workloads and urgent testing.
Location:
Near Fairfield, VT
Type:
Full‑time and permanent
Shift: Nights
Pay: $30‑$43 per hour
Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, and life insurance, PTO.
Requirements- College degree in a related field.
- ASCP certification.
- Prior laboratory experience.
