The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay.
As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.
Responsibilities include building strong connections and meaningful relationships with residents.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED or preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set mutual boundaries
- Ability to work evenings, overnights and weekends
