Location: Londonderry
Avanta Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes in South Londonderry, VT. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and coordinate with health professionals to ensure comfort and safety.
The role requires a compassionate demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work independently. CPR certification is highly desirable, and prior home health experience is preferred but not required.
