Job Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is located in Morrisville, Vermont. This position involves operating radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, including performing CT scans, to support diagnostic imaging needs within the healthcare facility. The role requires adhering to radiation safety practices and providing psycho-social support tailored to patients served. The shift schedule is for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights weekly.

Job Details:

  • Schedule:

    Dayshift hours, with shifts of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays nights weekly.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Certification in Radiologic Technology, proficiency in CT scanning, Vermont state licensure if applicable, and 1 year of experience in radiologic procedures.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with fluoroscopic procedures, operating portable imaging equipment, and using hospital computer systems and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
  • Additional Information:
    The Radiologic Technologist will operate portable equipment, operate C-arm, transport patients, and perform clerical tasks as necessary. The role includes meeting the psycho-social needs of patients and requires flexibility to meet clinical demands.
