The University of East Anglia - The Sainsbury Laboratory offers a fully funded 4-year PhD studentship commencing 1 October 2026 under the NRPDTP. The project investigates why fungal pathogens lose virulence when cultured away from their host, using Magnaporthe oryzae as the model organism.
