As a COTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients and residents by providing high-quality occupational therapy services.

About the Role:

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients  functional abilities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Implementing occupational therapy programs and interventions to address cognitive, motor, and sensory impairments

• Providing education and training to patients and their families on adaptive coping strategies and techniques

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
