As a COTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients and residents by providing high-quality occupational therapy services.
About the Role:
As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients functional abilities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Implementing occupational therapy programs and interventions to address cognitive, motor, and sensory impairments
Providing education and training to patients and their families on adaptive coping strategies and techniques
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
