Access Hub Clinician Washington County Mental Health Services is seeking a Clinician for the Access Hub. This role provides crisis intervention, clinical assessments, brief psychotherapy, and solution-focused interventions for adults in crisis. The Access Hub works in constant collaboration with the CVMC emergency department and other internal and external resources to provide crisis intervention at the Access Hub workspace, at clients' homes, and in the community.

Summary of Duties Crisis intervention in treatment, community, and home spaces in collaboration with internal and external community partners
Service coordination and referral to long-term providers
Crisis consultation to treatment providers, family members, and WCMHS staff
Maintain accurate and timely case records
Participate in and lead treatment team meetings
Compensation and BenefitsWCMHS provides a comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance package and a generous employer match of retirement contributions. The starting pay rate for this position is $ per hour.
Summary of Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or related field required
Therapeutic experience in crisis intervention
Experience in home and/or field based services
Demonstrated clinical and case management skills including interviewing and assessments
Demonstrated commitment and ability to collaboration with internal and external partners
Excellent time management and follow-upThe ability to deliver services and complete treatment notes in English Workplace Conditions Work occurs in clinical, home, and field locations. Travel to individuals in crisis is expected and frequent, using your own vehicle. A clean driving record and access to a safe and insured vehicle are essential.
