• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• End Date/Duration: [Specify if known]
• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday, 6 patients/day on Friday)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: PRN/Temporary
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Vermont PT license (or eligible)
• Experience: Prior outpatient PT experience preferred

• Hourly Rate: $56.28/hour

• Provide direct patient evaluations and treatments in outpatient settings
• Utilize manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
• Manage diverse diagnoses, including post-operative care, joint replacements, back pain, balance and vertigo issues, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions
• Assist with gait training, fall prevention, and neurological disorders
• Document treatment plans and progress in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Vermont PT license (or valid in other states with eligibility to practice in VT)
• Minimum 1 year outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong skills in manual therapy, patient assessment, and therapeutic exercises
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
