- may be asked to work as a backup charge nurse
- coordinates total nursing care for patients
- participates in patient and family teaching
- provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
average daily patient census: 22

local travelers - those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.
this is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
