Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Days:
Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks, Guaranteed
Hours:
40 per week
Current Occupational Therapist license for state
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR);
Meditech preferred
Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home care strategies.
