As an IT Clinical Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical staff and IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/Tru Bridge and eClinical
  
  Works systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Acting as a liaison with EHR vendors' technical support.
• Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage.
• Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items
• Maintaining CPSI and eClinical
  
  Works employee and departmental security levels.
• Provides CPSI or eClinical
  
  Works training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings.
• Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff.
• Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR).

This is a Full-Time on-site position (PT options available).

Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align.

Compensation: $23-28/hour.

The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.

• Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support.
• Prefer knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinical
  
  Works.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
