Physical Therapist - School Setting in Springfield, VT

Make an impact across multiple schools by providing Physical Therapy support for K-12 students. This rewarding contract opportunity covers four buildings within a vibrant, collaborative school district setting. Work part-time, just two days per week, from late August through mid-Juneperfect for those seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference.

In this itinerant district-wide role, your expertise will support students physical development as they engage fully in their educational experience. Your guidance will help students overcome challenges, thrive alongside peers, and reach their fullest potential.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist certification for the state of Vermont
• Prior experience working in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively across multiple locations/buildings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Aptitude for developing creative, individualized interventions

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse student population, K-12
• Conduct assessments to develop individual education plans (IEPs) and set goals
• Provide direct and consultative PT services, adapting to unique student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service professionals district-wide
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate student outcomes
• Travel between four school buildings within the district as needed
