Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard practices. The Physical Therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers.

• Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Develop treatment plans that describe strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcome, including exercise regimens at the clinic and at home.
• Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
• Determine patients’ ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
• Document treatment and monitor progress.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and professional.
• Team‑player able to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to carry, lift, climb, crawl, hear, listen, pull/push, see, speak, squat/kneel, stand, and walk.

The hourly rate is $42.66–$65.82, depending on experience. For full‑time positions, a sign‑on bonus of up to $25,000 is offered. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs that promote mind, body, and spirit well‑being.
