Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Current BLS CPR certification from a recognized provider
• Previous operating room experience
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative procedures
• Ability to participate in call coverage and respond within required time frames

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team during operative procedures by maintaining sterile technique, handling instruments and supplies, and supporting patient positioning.
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Support perioperative patient care through patient transport, positioning, specimen management, documentation processes, and postoperative preparation activities.
• Participate in on-call coverage and be available to scrub urgent or emergent procedures within required response times.
