Springfield Center for Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP‑CCC) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional resident outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to maximize functional outcomes and quality of life

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and family members

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health and PCC

  • Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

  • Current Vermont Speech‑Language Pathology license

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) required

  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care
