Description:

Responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments to patients based on an evaluation of their needs and status. Maintains appropriate records and assists with in-services and community health programs. 8 hours non-billable orientation is required. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified  more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Travel pairs will not be considered for this role.

Local travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need. This is a small community without public transport. Candidates must have their own vehicle. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offers. After 3 call-offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance.

Each call-off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance. Rotating Saturdays are typically required, with a weekday off in exchange. Holidays may be required if needed.
