Chance Light Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our Special Education team. You will guide classroom implementation of positive behavior support, focus on proactive strategies, and respond to crises using CPI techniques to de-escalate students and support IEP goals.
Responsibilities include implementing interventions, guiding staff, maintaining SBS/BIP records, and collecting data to monitor student progress in collaboration with IEP teams.
