• Serve as a core member of the rehabilitation team.
• Assist Physical Therapists to provide physical therapy treatments and procedures.
• Assist in the development of treatment plans in accordance with state laws, carry out routine functions, document the progress of treatment, and modify specific treatments in accordance with patient status within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.

• Associate's degree in an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Outpatient/Acute Inpatient Experience (preferred).
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Vermont in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Physical Therapy evaluation, reassessment, and treatment techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems.

Base rate: $30.30 – $37.00 per hour, based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities.
