The pay for this position is $59,752.78 - $64,703.70 annually.
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated), plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will provide risk assessment, brief supportive counseling, referral to resources, and other supports to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field;
Master’s degree is preferred. - Experience working with people of all ages in mental health and/or substance use contexts.
- The ability to complete mental status exams and suicide assessments, and make appropriate referrals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
