Location: St Johnsbury
BAYADA Home Health Care in Vermont seeks an energetic Licensed Medical Social Worker (MSW) for a per diem home health visiting role in our Vermont Visits office. This position serves clients across Lamoille, Addison, Washington and Caledonia counties and supports a multidisciplinary team in delivering home-based care.
Applicants should have a MSW with CSWE accreditation, at least 2 years of community-based experience preferred, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to cases.
