We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team nsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As an LNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and repositioning
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
• Participating in individualized care planning and implementing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and achieve positive outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
