Occupational Therapist

Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to really get to know your patients. You will become an integral part of their care team. Your average visit will last over 60 minutes, providing you with significant time to offer meaningful therapy. You will have the independence to deliver care while also being part of a cohesive patient-care team.

Your responsibilities will include assessing the patient's functional ability. You will provide direct treatments and select therapeutic modalities. Effective communication with all members of the health care team is essential. You will document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives. Teaching patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures will be part of your role. The goal is to help the people in our communities by delivering outstanding home health and hospice services.
