Residential Specialist
Pay range: $20-$23.19 per hour.
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (prorated), 12 sick days, and 9 holidays per year. Includes shift differential, weekend differential, and generous holiday pay. $2,000 sign-on bonus.
As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills integral to accomplishing their treatment goals.
Responsibilities- Provide care and support to residents, helping them develop skills for independent living and emotional regulation.
- A high school diploma or GED; preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and the ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver.
