As an SLP Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and compassion will enable our patients to achieve their maximum potential and regain independence.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings, including individualized sessions, group therapy, and education programs

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in patient care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices
