McDonald's - 41 Jayview Drive - Responsibilities:
Lead the shift team by directing crew members and managing floor operations to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.;
Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality during the closing shift.;
Ensure food safety procedures, proper handwashing, and sanitation standards are followed; address safety and compliance issues as they arise.;
Manage labor deployment to align with sales volume while controlling costs and protecting company assets.;
Communicate shift performance and staffing needs with the General Manager and leadership team; document incidents and resolve guest concerns.
