The Spa Houseperson is responsible for deep cleaning areas within the spa and outdoor pools, keeping them neat, clean and well stocked with all amenities.

• Be on time for each shift and flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Clean treatment rooms and public spaces using a vacuum cleaner, broom, cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents.
• Empty trash throughout the spa, wiping down trash cans as needed.
• Pick up and restock towels, straighten chairs throughout the indoor and outdoor pool areas.
• Break down coffee and water stations after the spa and fitness center have closed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well‑organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the facility.
• Clean steam rooms and saunas nightly.
• Engage with guests and actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards consistent with company standards.

Pay Rate: $20 to $22.00 per hour

• Must be flexible enough to work a variety shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Education:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.

Training and

Experience:

• Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience required.
