We are searching for a Front Desk Agent at Clay Brook, a four‑star luxury slope‑side residency at the heart of Sugarbush Resort’s Lincoln Peak Village. This is a full‑time year‑round, 5‑day/week opportunity with morning (7 am–3 pm) and evening (3 pm–11 pm) shifts. The position pays $20 per hour.
Qualifications- Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but the right candidate will be trained.
- Professional personality is essential.
- Front Desk Agents must maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests.
- Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary.
- General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred; previous use of SMS or other reservation systems is a plus.
- Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.
- Greeting owners/guests, answering phones, checking owners/guests in and out, providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley, processing charges by selling resort products/services, responding to owner/guest needs, balancing owner/guest accounts, and working with the resort’s information systems and different departments.
- Act as a primary point of guest service contact in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while putting the guest’s interests first.
