Front Office Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. They provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, employees, and visitors. This highly visible role creates a direct impact on the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)
• Customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and time management discipline
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
