Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You will be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and of Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other hotels as a front desk clerk or have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we’d love to hear from you.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Desk Agent provides friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. This highly visible role offers opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience required
- Strong organizational and time management discipline
- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
