Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for its year-round operations. The role oversees the Reservations Call Center, coordinating inbound/outbound guest communications for lodging and resort amenities.
You’ll train staff, manage scheduling, maintain systems, and ensure accurate reporting across lodging and activities. The ideal candidate has knowledge of property management systems, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
