Spa Receptionist - Twin Farms
Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to support our Forbes Five-Star spa experience.
The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, coordinating appointments and ensuring each visit feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully prepared.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm spa treatments and wellness experiences.
- Coordinate appointments with therapists, estheticians, and other departments.
- Respond to guest questions and communicate treatment information clearly.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, schedules, and service notes.
- Process charges and assist with spa retail purchases.
- Anticipate guest preferences and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members.
- Support the presentation and organization of the reception and retail areas.
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other daily spa operations.
- Follow Forbes Five-Star service standards and protect guest confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous luxury hospitality, spa reception, reservations, or guest-service experience preferred.
- Warm, polished, and confident communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple appointments and changing priorities.
- Professional, discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
