Essex Resort seeks an Overnight Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to deliver exceptional service in a premier hotel and culinary setting. You will welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with warmth and professionalism. Overnight, you'll complete the night audit, reconcile daily transactions, balance cash and credit payments, and generate reports. You'll respond to guest requests, support safety and security procedures, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, memorable experience for every guest.
Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
