- Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership for a manufacturing plant
- Develop and execute human capital strategies that drive company growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance performance objectives
- Partner closely with executive leadership to cultivate a high-performing, compliant, and mission-driven workforce in a highly regulated environment
- Directly manage a team of 3-4 HR professionals, including an HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and HR Generalists
- Serve as a hands-on leader capable of wearing multiple hats across diverse HR functions
- BS degree required
- 10+ years of progressive, high-level HR management experience demonstrating career advancement
- Manufacturing Background
