This is a full-time, on-site Resourcing Coordinator role based in Dorset, VT. The Resourcing Coordinator will manage end-to-end staffing processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and care teams to understand staffing requirements, schedule shifts, and ensure appropriate coverage across services. The coordinator will monitor compliance documentation, support onboarding activities, and maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Daily responsibilities also include preparing reports, updating workforce plans, and contributing to continuous improvement of resourcing processes.
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or staffing coordination within healthcare or a related sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to interacting with candidates and colleagues.
- Comfort with HR or applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools used for scheduling and data management.
- Knowledge of basic compliance and credentialing requirements in healthcare staffing or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail when managing documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and build strong relationships with operational and clinical staff.
- Prior experience in disability services, mental health, or supported living environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
