They are building a cloud-based SaaS collaboration platform that transforms how life sciences companies and global health authorities interact: ensuring safer, faster, and more efficient delivery of treatments to market.

Project

Description

The team is developing a secure and scalable SaaS solution that supports collaboration, analytics, and compliance for the life sciences industry. The platform is hosted in Azure and adheres to cloud-first development practices. The QA Automation Team is responsible for testing both front-end (React.js web application) and back-end (REST/Graph

QL APIs) systems, with a strong focus on automated testing.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated test cases for UI, APIs, and system components using Playwright and Type Script;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, Dev Ops, product managers) to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• Conduct manual testing where automation does not yet exist;
• Participate in acceptance testing of third-party components integrated into the platform;
• Continuously improve and scale the test automation framework;
• Estimate test efforts and proactively identify gaps in coverage;
• Document and maintain test procedures, guidelines, and results;
• Stay updated with modern QA automation tools and share knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation, specifically for SaaS solutions;
• Solid experience with Playwright or similar testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Mabl);
• Experience in manual testing and strong understanding of QA processes and best practices;
• Experience testing front-end web applications and back-end APIs (REST & Graph
  
  QL);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and CI/CD processes;
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset and ability to build trust, negotiate, and collaborate across distributed teams;
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Java or Kotlin;
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP, FDA CFR Part 11, SOC
  2);
• Experience with SQL and database testing;
• Knowledge of performance testing tools or practices.
