Project DescriptionThe project is a high-impact initiative aimed at developing a modern, accessible, and configurable platform to support paratransit services. The platform will allow individuals with disabilities to complete the eligibility application process and integrate with existing systems for ride booking.

- Analyze and reshape current architectural design; identify and resolve technical gaps and misalignments.
- Define the technical roadmap and align architecture with business goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to ensure high-quality architectural decisions and consistency across the platform.
- Act as a technical mentor to developers, reviewing architectural decisions and guiding implementation standards.
- Drive architecture best practices in a complex hybrid methodology environment, balancing Scrum-based development with Waterfall-style oversight.
- Ensure platform scalability, accessibility (especially WCAG compliance), and maintainability.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, including .NET-based enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning software architecture to product requirements.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant systems.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems and gain consensus on solutions.
- Experience working in hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum + Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English level:
Professional/Fluent (B2+/C1) – verbal and written.
