Product Manager – SaaS & Custom Solutions

Overview

Enhaims is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to take ownership of SaaS and custom-built digital products. This role demands someone who can translate complex business needs into well-defined features, manage cross-functional teams, and drive products from concept to release, with quality, timelines, and user satisfaction in mind. Ideal candidates are analytical, user-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments with high standards.

• Define and maintain product roadmaps for both SaaS platforms and client-specific solutions
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and functional documentation for engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver product milestones
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization processes using Agile methodologies
• Track KPIs, adoption, and performance, using insights to drive continuous product improvement
• Own pre- and post-launch processes, including QA, UAT, documentation, and customer enablement
• Communicate product direction clearly across teams and act as the single point of truth for your products

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, software services, or platform development
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle of custom software or SaaS products — from idea to delivery
• Strong understanding of user behavior, UX best practices, and technical constraints
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, Confluence, and analytics dashboards (GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with developers, designers, and clients — no hand holding required
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with both business and technical discussions
• A strategic thinker with an ownership mindset and sharp attention to detail
