• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in various Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service)
• Advanced experience with  administration, configuration, and custom development
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification
• Knowledge of  configuration, Microsoft Office Suite, and relational databases

• Salesforce Certified App Builder
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Developer Certification
• Effective relationship management and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior staff
