The pay for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000 annually.
Position PurposeThe IT Infrastructure & Security Manager is responsible for the design, operation, security, and strategic oversight of HCRS’ network, server, and cloud environments. This role leads the infrastructure function while directly managing a small team of IT staff. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring deep technical expertise in networking, Microsoft 365, server administration, cybersecurity, and systems architecture, combined with strong team management and operational oversight.
PrincipalResponsibilities and Duties Infrastructure & Systems
- Design, manage, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN)
- Administer Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
- Manage virtualization environment (VMware or Hyper‑V)
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems
- Ensure uptime, performance, and security of all core systems
- Lead cybersecurity strategy and implementation
- Oversee endpoint protection, MFA, conditional access, email security, and firewall policies
- Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards
- Coordinate incident response
- Supervise and mentor IT staff
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Prioritize infrastructure and security projects
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers
- Contribute to budgeting and capital planning
- Assess current infrastructure and identify modernization needs
- Lead infrastructure upgrades and system implementations
- Support integration efforts with EMR and other healthcare platforms
- The ability to work in partnership with the Chief Information Officer and others.
- Maintain the server and network environments with minimal down time.
- Find and propose solutions for potential trouble areas of the network.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT systems.

- Reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
- The IT Manager frequently interacts with the executive level management, all members of the senior management team, coordinators and supervisors, and staff level employees. This position is focused on customer service and satisfaction.
